The food and wine journey among the products of Trentino continues together with Chef Peter Brunel and the 𝐿𝑒 𝐹𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑔𝑙𝑖𝑒 𝑇𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑙 𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑜 project. Special guests: Bolognani & Abate Nero ✨
Chef Peter Brunel, accompanied by the authoritative guide Alessandro Garofalo, innovation expert and longtime friend of the Chef, will lead you to discover the Trentino cuisine of the past by revisiting a menu used by the friars of the 16th century with the extraordinary accompaniment of the wines of the guest cellars and Trentingrana cheeses to taste.
