The food and wine journey among the products of Trentino begins again with Chef Peter Brunel and the 𝐿𝑒 𝐹𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑔𝑙𝑖𝑒 𝑇𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑒 𝑑𝑒𝑙 𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑜 project with Andrea Forti Wines Andrè Metodo Classico
A sensory experience to discover the Trentino cuisine of the past, accompanied by Chef Peter Brunel and the authoritative guide Alessandro Garofalo, innovation expert and longtime friend of the Chef. Flavors that revisit a menu used by the friars of the 16th century with the extraordinary accompaniment of wines from the Andrea Forti Wines cellar, Trentingrana cheeses to taste and art with Marco Filippone.
The dinner will see a maximum of 35 people and will start at 19:00. Dinner is at convivial tables in the full spirit of the monasteries of the past. The cost of the experience is € 100.
