The food and wine journey among the products of Trentino continues together with Chef Peter Brunel and the ๐ฟ๐‘’ ๐น๐‘Ž๐‘š๐‘–๐‘”๐‘™๐‘–๐‘’ ๐‘‡๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘›๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘›๐‘’ ๐‘‘๐‘’๐‘™ ๐‘ฃ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘œ project. Special guests: Bolognani & Abate Nero โœจ
Chef Peter Brunel, accompanied by the authoritative guide Alessandro Garofalo, innovation expert and longtime friend of the Chef, will lead you to discover the Trentino cuisine of the past by revisiting a menu used by the friars of the 16th century with the extraordinary accompaniment of the wines of the guest cellars and Trentingrana cheeses to taste.
