Loretta begins her career at the Antica Pesa restaurant

by Chef Fabio Tacchella in Verona, an experience

that will project her into an enlightening future.

Two years later, she joins CAST Alimenti.

The journey begins...

 

In the year 2001...

CHOCOLATE DECLINATIONS

She moves to Milan where she becomes a Pastry Chef

at the Cracco Peck restaurant, two Michelin stars.

 

In the year 2003...

THE UNDERGROWTH

Fortunate encounters take her to Spain.

Loretta stops in Costa Brava for three years, at El Bulli

by Ferran and Albert Adrià, three Michelin stars.

 

In the year 2006...

THE FLORAL PUZZLE

Driven by her initiative, she comes back to Italy,

to Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, three Michelin stars.

 

In the year 2014...

THE TURNING SPRING

In those years, she signs the sweet soul of the hotel chain

of the Ferragamo group in Florence and, among consultancies,

books, and travels, she meets Peter Brunel

with whom she begins a great friendship. 

 

In the year 2019...

SOLERO, COCONUT, AND MANGO

She heads towards northern Italy. Loretta leaves Florence and follows Chef Peter Brunel

in his new project, the Peter Brunel Gourmet Restaurant,

where she signs the dessert menu.
