The wine collection at the Peter Brunel Ristorante Gourmet brings together the knowledge and personality of both connoisseurs with a concept that culminates in an impressive cellar of over 1,500 bottles from Italy, France and beyond – spanning not only space, but time.  

When guests come to the Brunel restaurant the sommelier Michele will assist the guests in choosing from the selection of wines. The wine list exemplifies his passion for and understanding of wine, which paved the way to his becoming one of the leading wine directors in Italy.
